Legal Question
I was seriously injured at the USPS in Raleigh,NC on 12/11/2007. I filed and after 4 months began to receive worker's comp benefits. Then, they were oncve again in non-compliance and presently owe me 70 weeks of pay or $30,000.00. I am in Utah and have written to the PResident about this. Where do I send my CA-7 form to?
