Legal Question in Disability Law in Virginia

i filed a false police report because i lost or some one stole my narcotic pain pills. in order for my doc to write me another prescription, i had to file a report.. but i was soo sick and it was only a couple days till my next doc appt. but to make a long story short, they pretty much said i had to plead guilty cuz there was not enough evidence on my end

Well, so you pled guilty? I'd say that was your mistake rather than taking the matter to trial with an opportunty to offer the possible defense of extreme necessity or other possible extenuating circumstances.

FYI, a defendant charged with commiting a crime NEVER has to

plead guilty.
