pending felon

Have applied for disability and have been awarded the benefit. But I have a pending felon case about to go to court. Will my benefits be canceled?

Re: pending felon

If you are sent to jail or prison you will not receive any Social Security Disability benefits or SSI for the time you are in jail or prison.
