Re: Can my husband with hold all money from me?

Your husband's paycheck is his money. He can do with it what he wants. His father cannot, unless your husband is giving your father that authority. If your husband is AGREEING for your father to manage the money, then the father has a de facto (unwritten) position as a trustee, and must follow your husband's instructions. If the father is taking the money without authorizaton on his own initiative, that would be serious.

A completely different question is whether your husband has an obligaton to support you and your children. That has nothing to do with the instructions or authority he may or may not have given his father, even verbally. I don't know that area of the law. That is a domestic relations question that may be a completely different issue.
