partnership breakup

i was just kicked out of a partnership (one made with an oral agreement) and want to sue to get my percentage of the company. the partner that kicked me out has since ''sold'' the company to a new owner. can i sue the old partner and the new owner of the company. when i was kicked out i was not kicked out by a majority of the four partners. it was only one partners decision.

If you can establish a partnership, you may be entitled to an accounting and an award of the value of your interest, among other relief. It depends on the facts.
