Legal Question in Technology Law in Virginia

Live Web Cam and the ''contents'' of others property in the background

I own a business on property that is owned by myself and my husband not my business, Horse Sables and have a live web camera that shows my pasture and feeding area for the equines that I care for....adjacent to my property is my sister's property...it can be seen off in the distance from the web camera.....am I violating any laws by having this web camera, she seems to think that it is an invasion of her privacy...however, there is no information on the website as to who's property it off in the distance. I have my property posted that the property is under video surveillance.....she has been known to trespass on my property which we have addressed with her but she continues to do but I have not official filed a complaint, b/c it is my sister....AND she has allowed under age children that she supervisors (she is a babysitter) enter the pasture area without my acknowledgement or permission, or the childrens permission.also, I suffered a severe injury while feeding and like the webcam for my safety and my clients enjoy being able to view their horses, during the schedule, when they cant be present...am I violating a law?
