machine repair
we took embriodery machine in for a part replament...11 weeks waiting we find out the 1-2 hour repair is still not fixxed and claims machine had other problems before he got it... what should we do.. we fear he may had broke it.. if we remove macnine how will this effect the outcome

It would be my recommendation that you remove the machine immediately for repair my another properly qualified repair person who should be able to evaluate the current condition of the machine and its attendant problems and who should be able to advise you, accordingly, as to what has been repaired or not and the current value of such--or detriment to the value of the machine, which should give you some sense as as to whom and what you need to pursue for appropriate redress.
