Sample of Notice in a motion letter
Hello my name is--name removed--and I need to draft up a notice in motion for Prince William County General District Court. I have never seen what one looks like and I have no clue as to how to draft it. If you could please give me a sample one or tell me where I could find it online I would really be thankful.

Your are probably refering to a NOTICE AND MOTION form which you should be able to obtain either from the clerk's office or download from the court's website.
