Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Virginia

I had a car reprocessed and the creditor worked out payments of $100.00 a month with me. My finances has since changed. Can I reduce payment to what I can afford to send in monthly?

No, not without having the creditor's approval (and you best have it in writing).
