if a credit card company and a lawyer recives a cease and desist leter from you and violate the letter can i sue them

Sure, one can always sue, but in order to win you would have

to prove by a preponderance of the evidence that the card company or their

agents violated one or more of the provisions of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) or other related legislation that would make them liable for the damages permitted under these particular laws.
