I co own a home with my husband and my mother and father.My parents have credit card debt.Mom is in clooections because she can not pay it. what happens if she dies and we sell the home?

That portion of the sale proceeds constituting your mother's share could then be used to pay off whatever creditor claims may have been lodged against her estate.
