Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Virginia

A judgement was ruled in my favor in January 2012, the person who owes me still has not paid me. The court said that I can garnish their wages but I do not know where they work or their social security number. How can I get my money?

Start looking for your judgment debtor's assets, i.e., not just wages, but all income from all sources as well as other property, be it personal

or real, e.g., cars, boats, land, etc.

You can also have this recalcitrant debtor summoned into court

to answer what are called Debtor's Interrogatories as to all of the above.
