I am having living and working in overseas for 6 years and recenly found out while checking my credit report that I have lien againts me by--name removed--credit card compay. This debt is not mine and I have no idea about it. How can I fight this from overseas and where I can get--name removed--good attorney?

Better begin by writing to the credit card company and explaining the apparent mistake. Ask to have proof of the charges sent to you and, then go from there. (If the adverse item is not removed, submit your written[up to 250 words] version of the item to each of the credit reporting agencies and then see about consulting an attorney as to what further steps might be taken.)
