I owe 497$ for a signature loan I lost my job due to the economy. I have received a warrant in debt for civil court do I have to show up? all i own is a old car can the take that?

No, you don't have to show up for court, but if you don't,

the court will likely enter a default judgment against you, which

could be enforced against you at some future time when you're earning

wages or other income, or, perhaps, have a much newer vehicle or other valuable personal property, all of which could be subject to your creditor's garnishment or levy at that time.
