Charge Expunged off my record
offence code 18.2-427 Profane/Threaten-Public Airway Misdemeanor. How would i get this off my record? And how much would it cost to hire a lawyer.

If it's your first and only criminal conviction, you may be able to get it expunged under Va. Code Sec. 19.2-392.2(F).
Costs will undoubtably vary with the attorney.
