how long can a person be held
my brother Endale--name removed--has been in alexanderia jale; even thoug alexanderia don't have anything on him they are keeping him for farfax: how long do they have until they can come get him? does he need a lawyer now or they are alow to keep him as long as they want i just want something to happen as soon as possible. thank you so much.

Since it is instate, they can hold him until trial or a bond hearing. If it were out of state, there is a 90 day time limit for pickup. It is likly he will get credit for time served though.
