Someone has threatened on facebook to hit me with a car and get people to assault me and i able to do something about this?

Since it's an electronically communicated threat which includes bodily injury, it could be a violation of Va. Code Sec.18.2-60, punishable upon conviction as a Class 5 or 6 felony.
