I was a viticm of assult and battery and i didnt show up for court and it was a trail i got processed and they released me the reason i didnt show up was because my abuser said show up and see what happens i will be at your door he kept threating me and i got scared im still scared when the judge hears my side of the story what will happen and how much jail time can you get i dont want to go to jail i rather pay a fine this is not my fault i was scared my abuser threated me

So, explain truthfully to the judge what happened and promise not to

let it happen again and if the trial has been rescheduled, then make sure that this time you show up as a witness for the prosecution.
