husband left his accident which was 2 minute walk from house to get cell phone to call police, blew .16 and then .11 is on paper. totaled his mustang gt. what is his likely sentence and what are his chances

Chances are your husband will be convicted of DUI
(.11 will be quite sufficient), and, also, perhaps, leaving the scene of an accident. He would be well advised to retain an attorney to at least contest this charge and to minimize the consequences of a conviction for the other.
