2nd dui in 5 years

is it possible to get a hard ship dirver licence after you receive a 2nd DUI in five years.....if so, what VA law states it.

Yes, a person who's convicted of a second DUI offense within five years may still be eligible for a restricted driver's license, although such a person must serve a mandatory jail sentence of 20 days and pay a minimum mandatory fine of $500.
