Legal Question in DUI Law in Virginia

I am former driver for a company. They called me to see if I would like to return to company.I said yes and went to their orentation.started on tues,on fri. they told me to call the MRO.I did and they asked me if I was on any perscriptions then he named a few. I told him no and he said he had found a protein in my urein that could only be there if I were on one of those perscriptions or if I had done marjuana so he would have to count it as a positive test.so the company told me they would give me a ride to bus station. This happened on 05/07/2010. I have not heard from anyone since then.My question is what do I do now?I do not know what to do and I need to go to work. I have a CDL

since they dropped you at the bus station without any further word,

I doubt that you'll be working for that particular company any time soon.
