court order

i have a court order submitted in 2003 in which property division is set, however my husband has done everything except i have spent $10,000 and now in two days they will ask me to sign stip agree that will put far less equity in my favor for him not adhearing to court order i have been poorly represented if i do not sigh he says he will not sign at closing on tues in which we were forced to sale house before forecloser on wed we have bindind contract for sale but the stip is asking me to also sign off on all addition interest in his gas stations valued at 2mil i need help my court order is more favorable then stip offered

can court order be adhered to?if i do not sigh stip and present court order to closing attorney does he have to follow it for property division?

It would appear that you would be well advised to consider halting everything before you're "railroaded" into a place from whence you cannot return, i.e., when the divorce is final

the disposition of marital property will not be subject to reconsiderations and you'll be stuck with whatever you stipulated to.

You may need to fire your current attorney and hire another who may be more diligent in representing your interests in this particular matrimonial dissolution.
