Medical Expenses
Recently my step kids mother gave them up to their father and I in mediation. She is paying us child support on a monthly basis as well as medical expense reimbursment.
In the mediation documents it states that she will pay half of the non covered expenses after a 250$ deductible. Does this mean that we are responsible for all non covered expenses until we pay 250$, or she pays full non covered until the deductible ?

What that likely means is that up to $250.00 is you and your husband's responsibility. If the non-covered amount exceeds $250.00, she will be responsible for 50% of that excess amount. Without seeing the actual agreement, that is my most educated interpretation of your described scenario.
