Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

Custody/visitation

I have sole custody of our 6yr old son. My ex has filed charges stating that he doesn't see our son. He's lying. He sees his son every two weeks. I've offered him opportunities to see him whenever he likes, but he's never taken me up on that - he sticks with the every 2 wks. He's angry b/c I'm taking him to court for not paying child suppt. I'v kept records of his visitation every since we separated. I have friends and a neighbor who are willing to testify on my behalf. I've never tried to keep him from seeing our son. Will my records, friends, and neighbor be enough to prove he's lying? Will I be found in contempt of court and sentenced to jail if his lies are believed? If he's believed, can custody be redecided? pls advise...Thank You!!
