Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

Dead beat father wins lottery!

My children's father walked out of their life when they were 7 and 4.

25 years later they contacted him and began a relationship with him.

A couple of years ago he won the lottery in the state of VA. Do I have right to go after him for the child support he should have paid from 1978 to 1988 when my olders daughter turned 18 and 1991 when the second daughter turned 18?

If he was ordered to pay support and has a remaining balance outstanding, absolutely.
