Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

Trying to establish Visitation

My husband and I are trying to get some sort of visitation/Custody of his daughter. We live in Virginia and they live in Colorado. I realize we need to file in Colorado, but Im not sure we can afford it. Are we supposed to just not see his child? Please help!

Re: Trying to establish Visitation

Check out the following forms under the family law category. Depending on whether you want to enforce or modify an existing Order, or file a new case, here are the court forms for pro se litigants (i.e., do it yourselfers).

Good luck...
