Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

financial obligations

for the last year my husband has lied regarding his income. I handle the bills for the household and he often doesnt give me the agreed upon amount of 2000 per month leaving me to pay the short fall. His explanation is that his commission was low that month. In reality he made 82,000. We have 3 children and they are in private schools. Divorce is not an option because of the children. How can I force him to cover his financial obligations to the family?

Re: financial obligations

Unfortunately, you can't force your husband to cover his financial obligations to his family under the circumstances which you've described without bringing matters into the legal arena, which, apparently, at least at this time, you're not prepared to do.
