Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

help!

my husband is claming that he is illerate and that a divorce aggrement that he signed is invaild, a virginia judge will rule next week to determine if it is valid based on the fact that he can or cannot read or write. my question,,am i allowed to speak and call a witness to the stand before she rules? the court date next week will be her final decision on whether the dockument is valid. am i able to speak, i do not have a lawyer.

Better get a lawyer and have her or him ask for a continuance in the hearing. (It would appear that you're already well over your head in this particular matter and that your continuing without counsel will almost surely guarantee certain failure.)
