Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

my partner and I own a house together. He moved out 10 months ago. I have ask him to not contact me and that any and all communication should be through the lawyers. Recently he showed up when I was not home and disabled the home security system in order to gain access the the house. What recourse do I have?

As long as this (former, apparently) partner is a co-owner of this property, he has the absolute right to enter it as he sees fit until a court of proper jurisdiction orders otherwise or you buy out his interest and become the sole owner on the deed.
