Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

I need to submit an amended Complaint for divorce. I don't know the proper format to do this. I didn't put the correct legal ground for divorce in VA. That's why I am required to submit an amend. Also, I moved to Florida. Can I continue this divorce process in VA? Please help!

Yes, if you were in full compliance wit the requirements/grounds for divorce

in the Commonwealth in the six months immediately preceding your filing, you could continue with the process until the divorce has been finalized in the appropriate Virginia circuit court.

However, if you're now living in Florida and need to file an amended complaint and are not sure how to go about it, I would advise you to retain the services of Virginia counsel appropriately experienced in such matters to carry it through for you.
