Paternity

Ok..I was involved with a woman who was seperated from her husband. She has recently decided to attempt to work things out with him. I have recently discovered that she is pregnant, and based on standard cauculations of her last period, there is an extremely high chance the child is mine. I would like to establish my rights on the child if it is. How do i go about this. She currently lives in Va and I in Tn. I want my baby to know me if it is mine.
