Poor representation
$10,000. later, my atty in Virginia did not send discovery to the opposing,
held copies of things that needed to go, lost most of the case, sent me a case of another client in my envelope, charges $50. for every minute,even just dropping off something at office

Well, if you're unhappy with the way this counsellor at law is reprententing you in the pending matter, fire him or her and hire someone else who, hopefully, will be more attentive to your case.
