Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

Being a primary care giver of my 6 yr old, I've been divorced for a few years now. I've dated a woman for 2 yrs, she has 2 misdemeanors from almost 4 yrs ago (pos. Of para / disorderly conduct). Can my ex-wife keep me from moving my girlfriend into my townhome because of this?
