Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

My spouse and I have been Separated since 07/09/2013. We're in the process of a final divorce, and I've finally received the "Property, Custody, and Support Settlement Agreement" provided by her attorneys. If I agree with said articles, sign, and return the Agreement to her attorneys, does this conclude the divorce process? Meaning, are we officially divorced at that moment, or must we wait until 07/09/2014 (since there are minor children involved), or is there another "Agreement" we will have to agree-on, and this specific agreement is only for custody? Please advise, and thanks in advance.

The agreement does not constitute a divorce decree. If you have minor children, the waiting time to get divorced is one year, with or without an agreement on property or even on custody and support.
