Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

My wife lawyer drafted a property settlement agreement that stated "It appearing that the parties have resolved the issure in controversy as evidenced by their endorsement of this Order." I signed it and my wife lawyer signed but not her. It was then submit to the court and added to our divorce. Is the agreement valid since it does not fix the wording.
