frivolous litigation
How can i protect myself from a litigation that was dimissed for lack of jurisdiction in florida based on a lie - i was never in florida - my business is in va now the plantiff is amending lieing even more and filing in VA - his claims are 100% false - he lost the first round but he is a foreign entity from Argentina trying to bankrupt my business

Better get a lawyer to represent you who know something about conducting litigation in the courts of the Commonwealth.

The only way to protect yourself is to hire a Virginia lawyer and vigorously defend the case. I'd be glad to take a look at it if you wish.
