Can you sue a business owner if a customer is assaulted by their management if the customer was asked to leave, was in the process of leaving, but management took it upon their self to excort the customer out the door by grabbing the customer,a nd throwing them onto the ground and breaking the customers tooth, and scarring their face?

Yes, the aggrieved customer should name everyone s/he can

name in the complaint, starting with the company, its owner, then

managerial staff who allegedly performed the "manhandling", etc.
