Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Virginia
throwing away mail
I left my employer in July 2008 and recently found out that I had an outstanding debt on a corporate credit card I held however, none of the 11 bills were ever forwarded to me or returned to sender. Apparently they were trashed. As a result, my credit score is damaged. Is it worth my time to persue a monetary amount?
