i am a u s citizen and my husband is in ghana i filled to get him back to the u s but i am pregnant can that be a reason to get him to the u s quickly.

You may be able to use the fact of your pregnancy to expedite the visa application process. You should have complete documentation from your prenatal care provider and explain the situation to the USCIS and/or the USDOS, depending on where the case is pending at present.
