Legal Question in Immigration Law in Virginia

I live with my wife in Virginia. My sister-in-law is in school in Iran and will be a nurse in one year and intends to live in the U.S. Should we start working with a lawyer now? When should we start the immigration application process? Is there a specific lawyer that can help us find an employer/sponsor for her? I know there are these online companies that want to sign some kind of contract for her to be obligated to work for them a certain amount of time. It feels like a type of slavery! Can we find a legitimate job for her and bring her to the U.S.? We thank you for your time. Azman & Zahra

I don't know of lawyers who specialize in finding employers, however, since your sister-in-law is a nurse and there is a nursing shortage here in the U.S. she shouldn't have a problem finding a sponsor. Does anyone at her school have any contacts with hospitals in the U.S.? You are in Virginia why not start by contacting a nursing program at a college like University of Virginia or Georgetown, George Washington U., or anywhere else nearby (I'm not sure exactly where you are located?)
