Legal Question in Immigration Law in Virginia
If a person was born in Canada, is of Native American Decent, has a social securityty card, BUt is not an American citizen...are they able to stay in this country and work without a green card? State is Virginia.

How could such a person do that without being an illegal and therefore subject to deportation?
