Legal Question in Immigration Law in Virginia
Someone i know recently received a letter in the mail stating the U.S immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) regulations require the provision of three days notice prior to conduction a review of an employer's I-9 forms. If this company has illegal workers, what do you suggest for them to do.
