bankruptcy and insurance
my bankruptcy was discharged in May 1999 which included a employer group disability overpayment of benefits caused by (social security reactroactive payment) and insurance co told me they are not subject to automatic stay OR discharge. they can recoup until paid in full even if I die family will have to pay balance.

Better check with a bankruptcy attorney on this who should be able to advise whether this kind of debt is fully dischargeable under the circumstances which you've described.
