Legal Question in Insurance Law in Virginia
good student discounts on auto insurance
I was told by an insurance company today that if my son was home schooled that they would accept his SAT scores but since he attends public school they will only accept his GPA. I feel this is discriminating, am I correct.

Of course, it's discriminating, but quite legal discrimination in this particular context.
