Law shut against my husband
2 yrs ago my husband and i were in a car accident,no fault of ours..I was thrown throught the windshield..My hsband insurance will not settle..I have had 3 surgerys since the date of this accident.I now have a lawsut against him and his insurance company has hired him a attorny is this a waste of my time or shold i go into civil court..

Your description of the facts is most confusing and it's very unclear as to who or what caused the accident.
