Legal Question in Insurance Law in Virginia
Named Driver Exclusion
Why doesn't the state of Virginia permit a Named Driver Exclusion on auto insurance policies? It does not seem fair that a person with a spotless driving record is punished for the driving record of another individual in the household. Is there anything pending that will change this?
Thank you.
