paid parking spots

If I pay for a parking spot at my appt. complex, would they be held responsable for towing my vehical becouse i keep both my jeep and motorcycle in the 1 spot, keep in mind i did not sign anything that says i wouldn't and they never untill now said i couldn't and they both fit well inside the area that i pay for, thanks, they gave me 72 hours to move one yesterday the 14th

If it is a private parking space, not on a public street, I think you should be allowed to do it. Virginia is a strong private property state.

However, make sure there are no general policies of the apartment complex that might affect this. Even though you did not sign anything about how many cars can got in a parking space, a judge might be skeptical of putting 2 cars in 1 space, and if there is any general policy te judge might go with that.

However, do you have a written lease for renting the spot? If there is no lease or contract, then they may be able to cancel the arrangement for no reason at all.
