Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Virginia

hi ive been having problem after problem since renting this house. now since nothings been fixed its resulted in mold, and im 5 months pregnant. this is a hazard to me my baby and my fiance. we want our money back for all rent paid, moving expenses to relocate there, and the security deposit since we have a dead beat landlord who wont fix anything. do we have a case?
