i have a roommate that moving out he is broking the lease am i surpose to pay him his desposited back and if he stay here for another month do he owe me for that month

If this roommate has violated the lease by terminating his tenancy

prematurely, under normal circumstances he would not be entitled

to a return of whatever he had made as a security deposit.

Yes, he "do"(sic) owe you for his share of the rent if he sticks around for another month.
