Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Virginia

I signed a boarding contract for my horses to be boarded at a facility in Virginia Beach, VA on august 25, 2010. I realized now that I signed a contract that states I have to give a 90 day notice if I decide to take my horses from the property. I pay on a monthly basis and put down a deposit of one month rent which is supposed to cover my last mobth's rent. Can you please tell me if by law they can request a 90 day notice if I am responsible for paying by the month?

I appologize I can not pay to have this answered, I am out of work and am currently looking for work.

Thank you!

Tiffany

If you signed the contract containing that kind of notice provision, I

see nothing legally amiss nor questionable about it.
